We want to continue offering opportunities for members to meet in person as much as possible. For that reason, we have had to make a change. Please read below.
We have had to make the difficult decision to make this meeting an in-person only event. In spite of our best efforts, we could not make sure our attempts at hosting the meeting as a hybrid in-person/Zoom event would be successful. We concluded that we are not yet ready to incorporate Zoom participants into an in-person meeting.
As a result, we will not be offering the option of attending the meeting via Zoom. We made this decision in part because our next two meetings will be on Zoom, allowing participants at a distance to take part in those events.
If you had planned to attend by Zoom and are out of the San Diego area, we regret that we cannot accommodate your attendance at this time. If you have planned to attend by Zoom and are in the San Diego area, we encourage you to consider making arrangements with another member to travel to the location. Feedback from attendees at the April meeting was overwhelmingly positive.
